Haran Rasalingam' s photo

Haran is a qualified psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, counsellor and NLP coach

He has trained across a wide range of psychological therapies, including Psychodynamic, Person-Centred/Humanistic/Integrative, Existential, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), at the highly-regarded Regent's College with the School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology and the Quest Institute.

Haran has worked with individuals, couples and groups extensively both in private practice and with organisations, such as Mind, to help people with acute psychological difficulties, traumas and life crises, as well as addictions, phobias and disorders.

Born in London of dual English and Tamil Sri Lankan heritage, Haran also specialises in cross-cultural and ethnic identity issues. Haran first graduated in and worked in the field of Linguistics and speaks a number of languages. He is an expert in working with people of diverse cultures and languages.

Haran is a member of the Society for Existential Analysis (SEA), which provides a forum for the discussion of existence from philosophical and psychological perspectives, has published work in the professional academic journal Existential Analysis and has lectured at the annual conference of the SEA.
